What makes us a local favorite?
We use the finest and freshest ingredients available to create a truly authentic New York style pizza. Our pizzas are entirely handmade, with hand-tossed crust. There are no conveyor belt ovens at Vince's; we use a traditional deck oven just like it was done in the old days. While those big chains use bagged cheese, we shred our mozzarella fresh every day, and make our pizza dough from scratch daily. Our recipes have remain unchanged for over two decades.
